The $the consumer is referring to; he waited until the last day to come in and get his car registeredHe purchased the car July 14th and could have gotten his paperwork a week later
He did not mention, in his complaint, that we gave him

The customer brought the vehicle to us on January 12, for a check engine light on and flashingWe found codes P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305, and PWe found the engine to be quarts low on oilWe then ran a compression
testSpecifications were a minimum of psi and we showed a range of 90-psi which was below specificationsWe then contacted the warranty companyThey requested we get approval from the customer to tear the vehicle downI explained to the customer that tear down would entail disassembling the vehicle to the point of failure rendering it unable to driveThe customer approved the tear down
Upon tear down we found that water had entered the engine and it hydro-lockedWe found no real internal damage except with the timing kitThe warranty company sent out an inspector who determined the same issue(s)The warranty company then denied the claim due to customer negligence (oil quarts low on arrival) and water intrusionAt this point I informed the customerI told him the next step was to turn into his insurance due to hydro-locking from rain water (as no coolant was evident)The customer delayed in calling insurance and would not admit to any water intrusion, therefore the claim was deniedThe vehicle has been sitting because we are awaiting customer approval for repairs
The time table for this vehicle has remained the same and the customer has been updated at every point along the wayThe customer has always been compliant and understanding of the timeline, never expressed urgency of repairs, and has never made a complaint to us regarding the timelineOur diagnosis of the vehicle issues have never changedWe repair cars in order received and always try to help when needed

Jerseyville Il where we paid to have all the stuff wrong with the Escalade fixed. Auto Stop service did not fix anything & there was all kinds of stuff wrong including the suspension. They treated us very poorly for the money we spent. They lost our business. We are very disappointed in our purchase of the Escalade.

When the finance manager was going to swap her into another vehicle, it was going to cost her more money, and she was not happy about it. She was...

not satisfied with what the manager was trying to do. He was making her an exception by swapping her out of the vehicle, but the one she wanted was more expensive.

Mrs [redacted] had a warranty for 30 days that stated hoses were not covered under warranty. The other factor is the verbal abuse my staff has taken over this from Mrs [redacted]. We were willing to help beyond the warranty. However, the verbal abuse...

was unacceptable.

We fixed the check engine light and steering wheel. Nothing was wrong with the shocks. We offered to replaced the DVD player at our cost and we needed a deposit, but the consumer never provided it.
