This is in response to Mr***'s complaintThe tow was valid, The vehicle was towed legally under Pennsylvania Commonwealth law and the Local State College towing ordinanceThe towing fee would have been the same if the driver would have seen him and stopped, as we charge fully when the vehicle
is loaded and in motionHis claiming my driver saw him is an assumption, I also want to note that he mentioned the vehicle alarm going off, when this happens the parking lights flash making it difficult to see anything rearward of the truckAs far as the damage claim, it does not appear towing related as all of the towing apparatus slides under the rear of the vehicle not on top of the bumper where the crack isThere are no contact marks under the bumper or near the hitch where the tow boom is locatedI did offer to Mr*** that he come into our bodyshop at no charge to him, and have our estimator look at the crack to rule out towing damage(I have not heard back from him yet)I want to note he stated that the vehicle belonged to the female whom he was with, she stated she just got it from her dad so I am not sure who actually owns the vehicleThis is a case of someone being disgruntled because they parked illegally and were towed*** ***Towing Manager

All charges made were valid Walk'S Service Center is no more responsible for this person getting a flat tire thanks if she had run out of gas on our property Our company trucks drive all over this property day and night and do not experience problems with flat tires

Walk's claims that they will not refund my fee because they are assuming I took the photo after moving the permitThis is simply not true, I took a photo of where the permit was when it was towed, without touching it.Regards,

To whom it may concern, The sign sign is very clear, I can't make it any clearer that the customer parked in a space designated *** I stand by the fact the customer is not *** I am not sure how they assume because they pay rent to a company they can use their spacesIf the sign stated *** House I could see the argument but, it clearly does not. People need to be aware of how this is being rationalized by Walks as this is an incorrectly labelled parking sign which provides justification of their action Resulting in folks being taking advantage of, the true resolution to this issue is to FIX the SIGNAGE so these kind of business practices can not be conducted.We are requesting a refund of the tow fee paid to retrieve the vehicle as #*** Property Manager indicated to us this was a valid parking area for permitted cars #Walks indicated the vehicle was parked in an EMPLOYEE ONLY spot and the spot is not signed stating for employees only.

This is in response to the complaint concerning *** parking. The lot has two signed spaces for *** parking which is reserved for ***, the rest of the lot is posted as permit parkingI don't understand the confusion due to the fact the customer is not *** .The building name is *** House

Good afternoon,I have reviewed the info on the vehicle according to our records. The vehicle was ticketed at the *** ** *** *** at 10:57pm for not having a valid permit for the lotThe vehicle was then towed at 12:01am for still not having a proper parking permit displayed. The vehicle was left sitting illegally parked for over an hour before being towed.The parking is signed at the entrances to the lots stating permit parking only, I am not sure what the complaint is exactly. Good morning, The customer came in and stated her friends car was towed and she wanted a copy of the paperworkWhile I was looking for the receipt the customer was acting incoherent and swearing excessivelyShe smelled of alcohol and was stumbling so, she was told to wait outside and we would

This is in response to the above complaint.We actually had 3 vehicles called in by our parking lot monitor at [redacted] at the same time on 10/13/17. Our parking lot monitor who was on at the time is female and she in fact checked the ladies room for customers and there were none.The...

Revdex.com:[redacted] Property Manager agrees with me, the Borough agrees "it is unfortunate", however, they have no jurisdiction over the words on the sign.  We have been taking advantage of and there is nothing we can do, but move forward.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me, but have no recourse but to close it,as we are just going around in circles.

This customer called me and stated he had a permit visible on his vehicle but, was charged anyway. I spoke to the driver who released it and he stated the customer came in and paid without saying anything and then left the impound lot. I informed the customer that I would not reduce or refund the...

charges because he left the property and claimed he stopped along the road to photograph the permit. I can only assume he put the permit in the vehicle after leaving our property and took the photo.  The tow was legitimate and all fees will stand as charged. Thank you,Tom H[redacted]Towing Manager
