This customer called me and stated he had a permit visible on his vehicle but, was charged anywayI spoke to the driver who released it and he stated the customer came in and paid without saying anything and then left the impound lotI informed the customer that I would not reduce or refund the charges because he left the property and claimed he stopped along the road to photograph the permitI can only assume he put the permit in the vehicle after leaving our property and took the photo The tow was legitimate and all fees will stand as chargedThank you,Tom H***Towing Manager
