Dear Revdex.com, I am writing in response to a letter received by mail at my store located at NMonroe St., Tallahassee Florida On September 23rd Mr [redacted] brought his vehicle to our store complaining of a noise in the right front wheel area My technician fount the right front wheel bearing to be badly worn We replaced the right front wheel bearing in order to correct the noise problem in the right front wheel per the customer’s request The customer returned complaining of the same noise The truck was driven by two of my technicians and an Assistant manager None of them could hear the noise The customer returned on October 6th At that time we found the left front wheel bearing faulty also We offered to repair it and the customer declined We took care of the customers concern of the noise in the right front and subsequently the left front is worn also and needs to be replaced We strive to provide excellent customer service I am willing to repair the left front wheel bearing at a discounted price if Mr [redacted] would like to have this service completed at this time Please direct all correspondence to me and not the store Thank you and I look forward to getting this situation resolved in a timely manner [redacted] Director of Operations
