He bought a vehicle from me. I sold the vehicle AS IS. I did offer him an aftermarket warranty for any kind of mechanical issue for free.  He asked if I can deliver the vehicle to his home, I do not normally do that, but I was being kind so I did. When I was driving it to his home check engine...

light came on. I made him aware of this and told him it was not my fault, but I could see what I could do to fix it. He brought the vehicle to me, I spent over $3000 to try to fix vehicle but I could not. I took it to another mechanic to look at it. They had to fix the transmission seal. I told him it would take some time. When they did the work, part of the transmission was broken. It was going to take them 5 weeks to fix it. When that happened some of his wheels were stolen. I told him I was not responsible as the title is in his name and I do not own the car and that he needed to call the police. He chose not to do so. He was tired of waiting for the car to be fixed so he wanted to take it to the dealership and use his warranty. I helped him and towed the car to [redacted]. They told him it wasn’t worth the money to fix it as it is more than the car was worth. He took it to another dealership that said the same thing. He said he wanted money back. I told him I sold it AS IS and did what I could do to help him. I ended up giving him a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta for free about a week ago
