I took my 05 Denali in for brakes, I was informed Back breaks needed new pads and rotors turned. I picked up my truck and found unauthorized repairs being charged. Paid anyways and about a week later right rear break squealing, looked at it and it had not been turned, left had. Went back and after several minutes of [redacted] telling me it was ok, I informed him it was not what was paid for. He finally agreed and they tried fixing it right three more times over several months. Still squeezing on right tear. I went in one more time to try and resolve issue, I was cussed at by manager told to not come back and that they were giving me a refund. All I ever wanted was the job that I paid for. Right rear still squealing.
