1st Call Construction just completed our new roof at our residence in Greenwood, IN Ron [redacted] is the owner/operator and did an outstanding job from start to finish He was extremely helpful during the insurance claim process, noting all damaged areas during the roof inspection His construction crew was professional, knowledgeable, and polite They installed a nice looking product and cleaned up the job site at project completion I would recommend their services to anyone that is interested

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Thank you for making us aware of the drug use The maintenance contractor staying at the property has since been removed and no longer works or stays there Since the filing we have tried to resolve the issue and continue to hear the same promises of work to resolve the issue but no one has showed for the past week, further delaying the project The complaint still stands that the contractor has not performed the work per the contract or what was requested to resolve the complaint
