however going to prorate the battery for this person, even though we never sold her the battery.  She wanted the cash instead of the battery.  This is not something we do.  We were willing to offer her the prorate credit toward another repair, but she refused.  She became irate and refused to leave our business when asked.  We had to call the police to make her leave.
