Auto Therapy

I am rejecting this response because:
Radio options became inoperable under the business's repairs of my heating systemI feel Auto Therapy should be held responsible to cover the full amount of the replacement of the radio systemAuto Therapy covered the cost for the diagnosis of the radio and one hundred dollars for part of the replacementI paid two hundred and ninety five dollars and five centsI have in my possession the receipt from the Dodge Dealership that was recommended by Auto Therapy for the radio replacement. I looked over the vehicle when she brought the cd / dvd player issue to my attentionCould not find a reason for it not working, had asked if she could take to local Dodge dealership for evaluationThe service writer assigned to her vehicle had called and told me about the vehicle needing a cd /
dvd player as it just quit, he had no explanation as to why it quit, just that it would need replacement to make cd / dvd player operate againI did take care of the diagnosis fee for this issue with the Dodge dealership and am willing to pay (as good faith gesture, not admitting any guilt what so ever) and did pay or at least have the local Dodge dealership bill me for $for this issue as I originally had informed the Dodge dealership I was going to pay forThe part about "they continue to claim they did not damage a vehicle that had worked prior to their repairs" makes me believe she talked to me more than once, or at least after the initial complaint was filed, which she talked to me after taking to Dodge dealership but to my recollection is the only time we spoke, and this was prior to anything being done on March with Revdex.comNow that pricing has changed, I wish she would have gotten correct pricing on the original complaint as it tends in my opinion anyway to make her and my business look bad in a wayI believe there is no actual proof that any damage was caused by Auto Therapy or its employees, as I talked to the service writer at Dodge about possibly letting me have or charge me for the damaged item, but he stated Dodge has a one for one policy on the exchange of this item, he told me, meaning when one gets sent out the original or old one needs to get sent back at that time of replacementSo if she could prove to me that Auto Therapy or its employees damaged this item, I am willing to pay the full amount of up to the $she is stating the repairs are costing herBut until then my offer of already paying for the diagnosis and the good faith offer and actually paying $additional is where I stand at the momentIn this country I believe a person is innocent until proven guiltySo if somehow it is proved Auto Therapy or its employees are found guilty, then a total of $will be paid toward this repair Tim G Auto Therapy ###-###-####
