Dear Revdex.com, We want nothing more to sell a car to a satisfied customer and fulfill their transportation needs There is no way to sell a car over the phone, though a general picture of the transaction can be determined, the so called nuts and bolts of the transaction can only occur once a customer is on our showroom floor There a many facets that go into a purchase and finance of a car to include, but not limited to, consumer credit, income, job time, time at residence, terms of the deal, etc Unfortunately, we were not able to come to terms on this specific transaction but hopefully we can help in the future We store all of our consumer information in a secure manner for a specified time as determined by federal and state regulations We do not sell our customer info to third parties Rest assured, the customer's information is safe and secure Thank you, Auto Town Mgt

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The calls haven't stopped I reject the calls because I can't do business with a company like thatI had 6k for down payment for a vehicle they chose not to do business and I'm not mad about that but I am mad because they assure me that they were going to be able to do there best to try to sell me a truck that I wanted to I wasted my time and gas to drive up there and be treated unprofessionalSo please if they on the business to sell cars they abiously didn't show it but at this point I would like all the phone calls from that company to stop and if they were too busy to help me buy a car why did they ran my credit score?? That right is not fair for people who are trying to build there credit score So they already ran my credit score, and by the looks of it they are only going for the easy ones to sell cars to personally I don't see that being fair specially now loosing a few credit points on my credit score can be a difference between a low and high intrest rateI want them to apologize and or train there staff to be more profesional and to stop calling my cell phone also if a customer asks to speak with a manager they should not denied that right or at least name and number because I was denied that information wen I asked
