The customer came in to finance the car from us and she was referral thru one of another dealership to us so we finance the Nissan Sentra to her that's all she got approve for due to her poor credit she drove the car and she was in love with it so we sold her Nissan Sentra than she drove it for almost a week than she came back gives us lots of excuses about oils and stuff, so as business owner we love to have good relationship between our customers I told her well what I can do for you I will have you to borrow one of our dealership cars to drive while we are checking out your oils and stuff for Nissan Sentra and I also mentioned to her none of other USED car dealership will do that for you but as owner I am willing to help you out and have you to borrow another car from us while we are checking your car which is the Nissan sentra and I told her you didn't buy any warranty from us the car no warranty it's USED car dealership, but I am willing to help you outI let her to borrow the Hyundai Elantra and she drove it for a while than she came back to pick up her Nissan Sentra when she came back to pick up her car than she told me is there anyway for you guys to finance me with Hyundai because I love this car drive nice and smooth my respond to her WELL we can't really do that but let me talk to my bank what we can do, so I went back to my bank and re fiance to her the Hyundai and cancelled the Nissan Sentra and she knows we took lost to finance her with Hyundai Elantra since she couldn't get more approved due her poor credit so as business we did a lot to herIt's USED car dealership when we buy cars from others we do SMOG, oil changed and if there is major problem than will fix it before we sale it but we can not promise every single issues with car we don't know alot about carsThe car no warranty at least the customer purchased warranty from usshe also mentioned she give us 1500, her down payment was only $by contract and she only gives around so she supposed to come back with rest of down payment and she never didThanks [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: this dealership has proving to me that they r not honest people they have done nothing to help me with all the problemes an it's more them one thing first it was the cat converter then it was the transmission then it's was the gastic then it's the contract I believe is not right the car was only I have them an cash an know I owe them almost the car is only worth blue book then they want m me to pay a month for the next years I'm not going to get it because that wasn't the car I brought they never gave it back to me an now I it's all messed up please take the car back I DNT want itI went to the DMV an they want me to send I'm paper work about what happen or u can give me the title to the car am I will go away I have already paid for the car or give me me my money back an take the car back it not reliable it can't help me keep my job to pay for it they have put me in a situation that I can't do any thing plz help me with this dealership I have all the paperwork u can see where they went wrong from day one I have had nothing but a bad experience with this car it didn't even pass smog an they made me take the car saying they didn't have another one in my price range with my credit

I have send you all the approve that I could and as I mention it before the bank only send us $for her loan and she never brought us the rest of her down paymentshe can deal with bank why they charged her that much but that is all I got for her loan and I have approvethe contract was back in FEB and I am not going to take the car backshe can also call the bank ask them how much the give us for her car loan than they able to show you the number and I can send you the paper as well.Thanks ***
