We cannot accept the amount they claim is the refund due as it overcharges for the delivery fees. Namely, 2 delivery fees. As previously stated, there should only be one delivery charge (when the couch was delivered) and one pick up charge (when the couch will be returned). The bill of sale had one deliver fee. Their refund calculation offered deducts for another delivery charge. There will never be another delivery charge as we will never do business with this company again. We have made this quite clear numerous times. The fact that they cannot see their overcharge is even more disturbing. They cannot, nor have ever offered any mathematical explanation as to why our calculation is wrong. They keep sending the BBB the same response that over charges us two times. Frankly, we think this is a deliberate and unethical act to avoid picking up the couch - as they will not do so unless we agree to and authorize their over charge and improper refund calculation.

Mr. Wax's arithmetic is flawed. Our return policy is 15% restocking plus round trip shipping (delivery and pickup). Our delivery fee is $85 plus tax. Our pickup fee is also $85 plus tax. If you subtract the 15% restocking fee plus tax, delivery fee plus tax and pickup fee plus tax from the total amount we charged [redacted], you will come to the refund or store credit amount of $2775.39. Once customer acknowledges correct refund or store credit amount, we will pick up the couch. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

We at least appreciate that now Jensen-L[redacted] is willing to take back the sofa. I
requested this 7 days ago but have yet to hear from anyone with regard to
scheduling a pickup. Please do this at once.To continue to ask us to pay a restocking and round trip
delivery fee for something we did not order, however, is still wrong and
violates basic consumer rights. What Jensen-L[redacted] fails to acknowledge is that their website shows only a picture of a 2 cushion couch. This is what their attached reply confirms. The dimension PDF from their site clearly shows a dividing line representing 2 cushions. This is what their attached reply confirms as well. The
picture that showed the opening and closing of the sleeper sofa showed 2
cushions. Our conversations were only about ordering the 2 section couch as
pictured on their website. It is unethical to discuss selling the ONLY Brecken
couch on their website, and then without verbally informing us, write a purchase
order and email with a different model Brecken couch for a 3 section couch that
was never mentioned, discussed or shown on their site. It is wrong to think that we must adhere to terms and
conditions for something not ordered. That is the issue. Jensen-L[redacted] fails to
recognize that their 'explicit communication' verbally sold a 2 section couch as
pictured on their website. They never mentioned that what they had in stock and were going to deliver, was
different than what was pictured on their website. When we first contacted them we told their salesperson, Davidjohn, that we wanted the couch in a bone or brown tone. He said that ordering the couch in those colors would have to be special ordered and take up to 6 weeks. We did not want to wait. He then said the only one Jensen-L[redacted] had in stock and could be immediately delivered was the grey sample in the email sent to us .After we agreed on the grey color in the email mentioned, Davidjohn said he was writing up the order as we discussed. Inserting the words '3 sections' may make Jensen-L[redacted] feel as if  have no further liability, but Jensen-L[redacted] saying one thing and writing up another is
deceptive. As stated, we had every reason to also believe the term "3 sections" referred to the mattress only. The mattress folding into 3 sections was the only time the word "three" was ever used when Davidjohn was selling us. We are willing to make an exchange but feel we should
not be held accountable for any extra cost based on our verbal agreement and their website that clearly showed the Brecken Couch in 2 sections only. In the interim, I am asking that once again, they call immediately to re-schedule picking up the couch.
