I am rejecting this. The owner  of  Auto trader Wholesaler has done nothing but be dishonest with statements. NO one has tried to contact me.Also the owner is not being honest with actions of this improper sale.

in response to the customer's complaint and request for remedy,  we provide the following documents to support our position to refuse to participate in the cost of the power train repair.  first, an explaination of the new jersey used car lemon law:  "vehicles not covered by the lemon...

law" , #2 vehicles that are more than seven (7) model years old and #4 vehicles that have odometer readings of more than 100,000 miles.  second, the purchase order for the sale where the customer initialed "no vsc"; this was after the dealership followed the magneson-moss federal act and informed the customer of any existing factory or dealer warranty on the vehicle and advised that a vehicle service contract was available for purchase.  thrird, the used car buyers guide initialed and signed by the customer has the "AS IS - NO DEALER WARRANTY" box clearly marked.  lastly an additional as is - no gauranty form signed by the customer and a form signed by the customer informing that a vehicle service contract was available for the vehicle sold.With the amount of documentation, all executed by the customer, which clearly informed her that she was pruchasing an AS IS - NO GAURANTY car, that there were vehicle service contracts available to her for purchase, and that she acknowledged that there was no vehicle service contract purchased or included in the deal, it is not in any way the dealers responsibility either financially or morally to participate in the cost of the power train repair.this is a 2005, twelve (12) year old car with 174191 miles at delivery.  this car is well out of range of any new jersey lemon law requirements. dan b[redacted], busines manager, Auto Trader Wholesale, inc. I am rejecting this response because:I was informed by Dan B[redacted] that he was going to look into the warranty of the vehicle and get back to me.  I was never informed by him that a warranty was available for purchase for this vehicle.  He stated that he was pretty sure the insurance company would not supply the insurance.I do understand I purchased a vehicle as is, but you would think the vehicle would last more then 5 days.  After the car stopped running, the dealership recommended I bring the car to their mechanic for repair and it has been there for a month getting repaired.  I put my trust in them thinking they would do right by me- at least for the recommendation of the mechanic.   Again I am not looking to get the full price of the repair back from the dealer, just at least some compensation because they did so wrong by me.This dealership is a hoax and should not be in business if this is how they treat customers.  How I can further continue this complaint?

vehicle was purchased AS IS NO WARRANTY and Miss [redacted] was fully aware of that and sign all documentation in associations with it and all information was correct according to the Bill of Sale that she had provided as shown on her NY driver's license. She was also given a copy of the Carfax in regards to the miles on the vehicle and was shown the title witch shows the correct miles on it. Enclose Miss [redacted] was informed that she was buying a vehicle that was AS IS NO WARRANTY and she/dealer have copies to insure all information is accurate. I can only repeat that the customer was informed that there were various service contracts available.  we sell vsc's by three different companies.  and, again, the customer signed a form (which I attached in my first response) which acknowledged she knew vehicle service contracts were available.  new jersey law only requires a selling dealer to provide lemon law / power train only /  protection to vehicles seven or less years in age and up to 100,000 miles;  the customer was vividly aware the vehicle was being sold AS IS - NO warranty. dan b[redacted]
