I can only repeat that the customer was informed that there were various service contracts available we sell vsc's by three different companies and, again, the customer signed a form (which I attached in my first response) which acknowledged she knew vehicle service contracts were available new jersey law only requires a selling dealer to provide lemon law / power train only / protection to vehicles seven or less years in age and up to 100,miles; the customer was vividly aware the vehicle was being sold AS IS - NO warrantydan b***

To Whom it may censurer: Hello we wish to inform that Miss *** purchased a Ford on October 23rd approximately pmMiss *** contacted us via email after our work hours we proceeded to contact her back via phone call and spoke to the owner regarding this matterThe vehicle was purchased AS IS NO WARRANTY and Miss *** was fully aware of that and sign all documentation in associations with it and all information was correct according to the Bill of Sale that she had provided as shown on her NY driver's licenseShe was also given a copy of the Carfax in regards to the miles on the vehicle and was shown the title witch shows the correct miles on itEnclose Miss *** was informed that she was buying a vehicle that was AS IS NO WARRANTY and she/dealer have copies to insure all information is accurateFor any information please feel free to contact us thank you Auto Trader Wholesale IncAdministration DepartmentP:###-###-#### F:###-###-#### [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was informed by Dan B [redacted] that he was going to look into the warranty of the vehicle and get back to me I was never informed by him that a warranty was available for purchase for this vehicle He stated that he was pretty sure the insurance company would not supply the insurance.I do understand I purchased a vehicle as is, but you would think the vehicle would last more then days After the car stopped running, the dealership recommended I bring the car to their mechanic for repair and it has been there for a month getting repaired I put my trust in them thinking they would do right by me- at least for the recommendation of the mechanic Again I am not looking to get the full price of the repair back from the dealer, just at least some compensation because they did so wrong by me.This dealership is a hoax and should not be in business if this is how they treat customers How I can further continue this complaint?
