Auto Trader

I placed an add with Auto Traders to sell my car. I was told that if it did not sell within 120 days they would refund my money. The car did not sell and when I called they said that it had passed the 120days and I did no longer qualify. for the refund. They said that somewhere in the mass of paper work that they sent was a form that had to be to them at the end of the 120 days to get the refund and I was 13 days late and they would therefore not issue a refund to me. That information was never mentioned when I placed the add and must be in an obscure portion of the paper mass they sent. Be very careful if you do business with them.
