I hired this company to transport my new car from Virginia to CaliforniaDuring offloading the driver had the ramp at the wrong angle and drove the car into the ground damaging the lower front bumperI refused to sign the bill of lading and was told by both driver and dispatch to write in the damage done on the bill of lading and then signI was told to get a quote, which I didI have pictures to document the offloading and the damage doneI have been getting the run around for the last seven weeksMost recently they claimed the driver wrote the damage that I actually wrote before transporting the car and are refusing compensation for the damage doneThe bill of lading clearly states the damage and scratches were done "during off-loading."

Company shipped my vehicle and damaged it in the process , I have pictures before shipping from previous owner proving this was caused by them I was strung along for over a month and then told we arent going to pay to fix it

I contracted with Trans Auto Group in July to transport my car from our home in Illinois to our new home in CaliforniaWhen Trans Auto Group delivered my car to me the car was heavily damaged during transportThe top of the vehicle had been crushed in two locationsThe driver of the transport vehicle fully admitted it was his fault during transportationHe wrote the damage was done during the trip by him on the delivery slip and signed to that effect and I countersigned it and dated itI attempted to work with TAG to get them to cover the cost of the damage their driver causedThey were not responsive to my emails and calls so I involved my insurance agencyThey have been trying to get TAG to work with them for the past months and TAG will not take any steps to resolve this issueThey have simply stopped responding even to my insurance company's legal departmentThey are just looking the other way and expecting we will give up on the matterThey are a terrible company

believe this to be true as my insurance agency has been trying to reach them and they do not respondI'm still left with no resolution

Car moved from Sun City West, AZ to Sun Prairie, Wisconsin driver was David They picked up at day and time and made it to Wisconsin on time Delivery was door to door and David parked his rig in a parking lot and drove the car a few blocks to the address Great service, everything went smooth, according to schedule and reasonable rates Would use them again anytime This was my first experience with auto transport and it was kind of overwhelming but they took care of everything and made me feel confident
