I have shipped several vehicles through AutoTransport360 and have been fairly satisfied with their pricing and services. I have worked through Javier as the Sales rep and he has been good to work with. However, I set up a shipment of a vehicle over 2 weeks ago and was promised the vehicle would be picked up for transport within 1 -3 days. After finding out that the vehicle was not picked up I attempted to call the company to find out what was going on. I have now been trying for over a week and cannot get anyone to answer a phone call or to call me back. I have also sent several emails with no response.
I don't know if the company has all of a sudden gone out of business or what is going on, but I am very unsatisfied with their service and inability to respond to me this past week. I would rank this company 0 out of 10
