Review: I was contacted by the company via on line and they offered to ship the vehicle for 795.00 When I talked to them the assured me it was only 795.00 but I had to pay them 195.00 via electronic check. I did so and now the vehicle has showed up the driver demanded 850.00 instead of the 650.00. The driver explained they mislead me it was 795.00 and an additional 195.00 deposit and then an extra 55.00 for fuel rate charge. This is not correct please look at my contract. At this time, I have not been contacted by Auto Transport Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted]. Even If I call they put me on hold and never answer the phone.

Sincerely,

Review: Failure to pick up vehicle during scheduled dates, change in payment amount, and lack of professionalism from employee. On July *, 2014 I received a quoted price of $785.00 from the company. On July [redacted] I contacted the company by phone and secured their service by paying the required $195 fee and received an order number of [redacted] and the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up between July [redacted], 2014 and transported from Michigan to Florida due to our family moving. On July [redacted] I contacted [redacted] and was told that the vehicle should have been picked up over the weekend and he would contact the driver and call me back. I never received a call back so just before they closed I called again and asked for a status update. [redacted] told me he hadn't heard from the driver and would call me the morning of the [redacted] with an update. At noon on the [redacted] I contacted [redacted] to let him know that we have left state and we would need to change the pick up and drop off location. He stated that he hadn't heard from the driver still and would contact me on the [redacted] as soon as he heard from them. On the [redacted] I contacted [redacted] again and was told that the driver chose not to come get the vehicle during the scheduled time because he chose to go elsewhere where more money could be made and now that the drop off location has been changed he refused to come get the vehicle. [redacted] then said that he was waiting on another driver as an option. I asked him at that time if I could just receive a refund and make other arrangements and he stated that I could only receive $95 of the $195 that had been paid. I told him that I didn't like feeling as though I was being taken advantage of and given the run around and because the service was not provided when it was scheduled I shouldn't have to pay. [redacted] proceeded to become very upset and rude and hung up the phone on me after telling me if I didn't agree with something then I could feel free to waste my $500-$1000 on an attorney and fight it. LateDesired Settlement: I would like to request a refund for the difference in the change of price of $335.00 due to the fact that the vehicle was not picked up during the scheduled pick up dates, [redacted] the customer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional and failed to maintain appropriate communication as promised, and the price had changed significantly and the email stating the price change was received 4 hours after the vehicle was loaded on the truck and on its way giving me no option to refuse the rate increase.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Auto Transport Corp./Florence Sheldon Fishman regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: On May *, 2014, I negotiated transport of a 2009 Ford Flex from Beaumont, Texas to Harlingen, Texas at a rate of $300.00 total (door to door) with the U.S. Auto Transport company. On May **, 2014, I was told by Sales and Service Representative [redacted] that the cost would have to be raised to well over $600.00 in addition to my original deposit of $195.00, paid to the U.S. Auto Transport company on May *, 2014. I informed [redacted] that I would not authorize any additional charges, and he agreed to cancel my order since he could not fulfill the order at his original authorized quote. I was told three times during that same conversation with [redacted] over the phone that I would receive a full refund for not having my service fulfilled as previously negotiated and that it might take up to two billing cycles to receive my original deposit back. Unfortunately, this company has not refunded my money nor answered any emails I've sent requesting an update on my refund. I believe that they have engaged in what can only be described as a "bait and switch" deal, and the last thing they considered would happen was that I'd cancel my order and actually expect to get my money back. I do not believe they ever intend to refund my money, which means that they have stolen $195.00 from me.Desired Settlement: I want my $195.00 refunded to me immediately, since this company provided me with NO service whatsoever.

Sincerely,

Review: Auto Transport was contracted to transport our car from [redacted] to [redacted]. We were assured that there was a driver able to take our car, and so we provided our downpayment of $195.00, through wire transfer. After several requests, extending over a period of two weeks, for an actual date and company that would be picking our car up, we terminated our contract with Auto Transport and requested a full refund for their inability to transport our car. "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" have refused to issue a refund, and in fact, have hung up on my multiple times. We have not received a refund of any amount of money, and have since had to contract with a private individual to transport our car to our son. Of course, we have full documentation of all communication, and are prepared to pass that to the appropriate authorities.Desired Settlement: Full refund of our deposit, $195.00. This needs to be issued in the form of cashier's check, and issued from the bank and bank account to which the funds were wired.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered a transport for my vehicle to be moved from Cleveland OH to Memphis TN. They charged me $195 upon confirming my order and stated it would be picked up in t-10 days. after 15 business days and a number of false promises I cancelled my order and took a plane to pick up my car. They informed me that I would be out $100 of my $195 paid to them. It is now 2 months since I cancelled the order and I have not received my credit. I have called every two weeks and they state is should have been taken care of by now. The same story they gave me when I was looking for my car to picked up. I do not believe they actually pick up any cars and it's just a scam.

Review: On 8/**/14 my husband received an email quote from [redacted] to ship our car. When he called to accept the quote he received a call back from US Auto Transport. Unfortunately, I do not believe the call came from either of these companies, rather an individual presenting himself as an employee of this company. We received an email from: [redacted] correctly guessing that we would not immediately notice it was not from [redacted] a legitimate company. We were asked to authorize a check to US Auto Transport for a deposit and, while on the phone, check the email contract which confirmed, in red lettering, that this was a deposit. We agreed to the contract and authorized the check. Later we read through to the end of the contract to see that this was not a deposit, rather a broker fee. As this was our error we, grudgingly, continued with the process to ship the car even though we received a contract from a shipping company that they contracted through for the full price before "deposit." After receiving phone calls from the dispatcher and truck driver repeatedly changing the date of pick-up and cost for delivery we could no longer agree to the "contract." Each time we received a revised contract from: [redacted]. I emailed him back and called the phone #'s to request a refund of the deposit/broker fee but, they do not return messages. While trying to research this "company" to file a complaint I other individuals with the same experience: [redacted] and[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund. I hold very little hope that this "business" can be stopped. Also, I'm sure there is no way to get my money back, having already contacted my bank who cannot reverse the $195 check or in any other way get my money back ...but I thought I would try a complaint through the Revdex.com. Thank you for your time.

Review: I've contacted Auto Transport on February [redacted], 2014 and scheduled to have my car transported from Montgomery Village, MD to Omaha, NE. They proceeded to cash the check that I made to them for my deposit in the amount of $195.00 as agreed a couple of days later. The First available Pickup Date I was given was 02/**/2014 (Estimated). A couple of days went by after February [redacted] and still I didn't hear anything from Auto Transport. I called several times to no avail and left messages with no return phone calls, and when I finally spoke to a live person some time after about 3 weeks since Feb [redacted], I was treated very rudely with no courtesy whatsoever. The lady I spoke with unapologeticly stated that it is not their fault my car has not been picked up and that it was due to bad weather (snow storm), which I do understand but I at least expected a phone call from the auto transport to keep me updated as what the next scheduled pick up date is going to be. Finally on March [redacted] when I called again to cancel the order, I was told that my car is scheduled for pick up Saturday that weekend. Unfortunately my patience has already run out and I emailed auto transport to cancel my order and send me full refund in the amount of $195. Again after numerous phone calls, I finally receive a check in the mail in the amount of $95. I need my full refund. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want to get my deposit refunded in full in the amount of $195.00
