Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This company is refusing to refund the $even though no services were providedI did not misinterpret our conversationI was told via the telephone on Tue May *, 2014, that there would only be a cancellation if the vehicle was already on the truck and then I decided to cancelHe states, “This was explained in detail to her as well.” This is nothing short of a lie and absolutely ludicrousHe simply told me over the phone, when asked about the $fee, “ to not worry about it; that’s only if you have the vehicle on the truck and then decide to cancel.” He stated, “shes [sic] under the impression that a cancellation fee is only charged after the vehicle is already loaded and in transit even though it would be impossible to cancel at that point.” This statement is falseI was “under the impression” because that is what I was told; however, I was simply explained that if the vehicle was loaded; I never said a thing about the vehicle being in transit I was also told that the calls are recordedI would love for them to be reviewedI’m either being lied about the calls being recorded or lied to about their cancellation policyEither way, a business lying is completely unethical and not good business practices The only reason both myself, and the contact person in Ohio were able to get in touch with anyone is because of our persistency in calling She contacted the business once and was told he would follow up within minutes: He never didI called repeatedly because I left several messages: None of which were returnedI was conveniently disconnected, given the run around, and outright ignored The only contact was of my own doing, (two phone calls that were maybe 3-minutes each)There was never a single call back or a single emailI was told the pick up date could be Fri May *, So yes, I called over the weekend numerous times because here we are Sat May **, and I still wasn’t provided ANY information as to the status of my orderEven a simple answer as what was going on or saying that it’s taking a little longer than expected would have been appropriate & I probably would have continued my order, but to continue to give me the run around is outlandish I have phone records to prove no call backI allowed the remainder of the weekend for some kind of communication, but to no availBecause of the poor customer service and complete inability to keep me informed as to what was going on, on Monday May **, I called and decided to cancel my order He states, “On Monday when she was told there was a driver being scheduled and ready to pickup the car she came up with an excuse as she is not getting the car anymore and is purchasing a new car instead? Really after all of that to get this car shipped to then schedule a driver to come and pick up, you are then just not getting the car anymore (Which by the way was mentioned as being gifted the car) so now you are no longer being gifted this free car when we have a driver on Monday?” First and foremost, it is completely irrelevant as to whether or not this car was being gifted to meSecondly, he makes this statement as if he called me and then I just abruptly cancelled This is not the caseI called, and he proceeded to interrogate me as to “why, what’s going on, I thought this car was being gifted to you, we have a truck ready for pick up tomorrow” (Tue, May **, 2014)So which is it they have a truck ready for delivery Mon May **, or Tue May **, 2014? I find this particularly odd that he is making a statement that he allegedly had a vehicle ready for pick up that Monday when I received a phone call from MK Transit on Thurs May **, stating that they will be ready to pick up the vehicle on Sun May **This was after the order was already cancelled and I was already charged a cancellation fee! He called again the following day In addition to cancelling this order, I received an email shortly after letting me know to acknowledge the $cancellation feeBefore I even had an opportunity to respond, $was taken out of my account in two $increments I am in dispute of this charge with my bankThey have since cancelled my bank card; however, within minutes before the card was cancelled, Auto Transport illegally took another unauthorized charge of $out of my accountThis is fraudThere has now been a total of $taken from me(See attached my bank transactions) I think it’s also a little outlandish that he claims “I wasted valuable time,” and basically the are deserving of this $even though no services were rendered This is not a law firm that gets paid hourly; This is a business that gets paid to provide a service, and that service was not provided It’s all over $100, and if so much time was wasted, it has now taken an enormous amount of time to read emails, read complaints, respond to complaints, file disputes, etcA customer deserves a refund for poor service Their own contract states a cancellation fee of $if it's "...due to something out of Auto Transport 123's control." How is poor customer service "out of their control?" I now want the original $refunded to me, in addition, to the most recent fraudulent charge of $ Sincerely, [redacted]

I recently used Auto Transport to move my vehicle across the country and was extremely disappointed and angered by the entire processThe following are the highlights of my dis • The sales person who I worked with, Tara, assured me that my vehicle would arrive the day that I specified in order to have my car for the first day of a new jobOver and over, she promised that I’d have the car and to not look elsewhere when I brought up the option of cheaper carriers who assured timeliness within my deadline • There was very little communication the week prior to the pickup, nor during the actual transitI tracked people down myself (reps, drivers, etc) which was tedious and not my job • The contract stated a $deposit at the time of pickup but my credit card was charged $just days after bookingNot ok • My vehicle was picked up days later than the proposed date, at 10:30pm in the pitch black, making it challenging for a full inspection with the driver • Based on two previous bookings with this company, I (wrongly) assumed that my vehicle would be picked up and dropped off to me by the same driverInstead, there was a stop at a major concourse in LA where my vehicle was unloaded and reloaded onto another truckThis caused a major delay and added an additional loading and unloading which I could not witnessPlus, I could not tip my original driver who did nothing wrong in this situation • My car was delivered days later than the PROMISED date and was not even dropped in the city I had specifiedI had to drive to another city altogether to pick it up (otherwise it was heading back to LA), pay for days of car rentals and a change of location fee for my rental • The vehicle was damaged upon inspectionIt now has a new dent and scratch on the roof, for which I filed a complaint but never back about reimbursement • Auto Transport claims to be a family run business with high standards but I can confidently say that they do not uphold ethical practices and are merely look for a profit, latching you in with a promise to deliver

They will tell you whatever they have to, in order to get your credit card numberAfter you waist all your time on them trying to fulfilled the order, they will still charge your card They are the worse people I have dealt with in my life DO NOT USE THEM

Worse company ever, don't trust this company, they lie to you and they trick youThey called my number and they offerd me a price to transport my vehicle, and the salesperson whose name was Dana [redacted] lied to me and forced me to sign the contract, she didn't go over the contract with me and alI charges, then I called them back to cancel the reservation they charged me none reasonable $She tricked me that I can cancel the reservation anytime but she didn't mention the chargeShe was very rude to me and she said that I better be happy not to be charged more, and she accused me that I'm lying and asked me many personal questions which wasn't her businessThey're theft family company and they're trying to set you up to steal your money

After excepting a bid from auto transporters I was guaranteed that they would not hit my credit card prior to picking up my vehicle, They did not keep there word and "attempted" to charge my credit card prior to the vehicle pick upThey also mentioned that they were not a broker but family owned, come to find out there nothing but a brokerThey guaranteed that I would be able to track my vehicle at any time while in route to be aware of its location, After many attempts of trying to locate my vehicle Auto transporters or the company they hired to transport my vehicle were unaware of the location of my vehicleI was promised prompt return phone calls concerning my request with no reply back what so ever from auto transporters or the company they hired to transport my vehicleI was lied to by Auto transporters and there carrier, being told that the delivery was held up due to a snow storm in VirginiaAfter checking with the state police in Virginia the weather had been 100% clear with no snow or dangerous road conditionsThen I was lied to again by Auto transporters and there carrier, Being told that the vehicle was being held up by a snow storm in Tennessee not Virginia, After checking with the state police in Tennessee there had been no reports what so ever of any snow or dangerous road conditionsAuto transporters were very kind and helpful when it came to obtaining a new customer and were more than happy to give all kinds of promises to obtain a new customer and there credit card informationThe driver of the truck was the only person kind enough to even take the time in contacting me once or twice with in days it has taken to transport the vehicleThis has been a very dissatisfying experience to say the least

Do not even bother calling this company Signed a contract early July to have cars picked up end of July They didn't come on day specified Said they were coming the next day, never showed days later sent me an email saying they got another company to pick up cars on the *** Called that company and they said they aren't picking them up til maybe Thursday All lies Apparently they are unable to move carswhy they are even in business is beyond me They did take a deposit on my credit card which I am disputing They broke the contract, not me I may even seek reimbursement for the rental cars I have been payi MN get due to their neglegence
