Buy here pay here inhouse financing. He made his first payment on the Jaguar on 7-28-17 it was due 7-1-17. we have nor received any payments since the first payment they are due the 1st of every month. Guy S[redacted] the owner called [redacted] to remind him to make his payment because he was over a month delinquent. He said he was going to bring the payment in. When the conversation was over Guy put his phone down with out hanging up. He mentioned to me that we may have to go out to Tooele and repo the Jaguar if [redacted] didn't bring in his payment. I made a comment back that my son was going to have a football game out in Grantsville so if he didn't make the payment by then we could watch a football game and repo a car. [redacted] heard these comments. [redacted] called Guy back and told him he heard our comments on the phone and told him he knows the law and we can't repo his car. He called on Sept. 5th and told Guy he would be making his payment at the end of the month which will put his payment 2 months behind. A day later he called my cell phone at about7:00 pmto complain to me about Guy while I was at my sons Football practice he went on and on telling me Guy was drunk and he can't repo the car he knows the law. After listening to him rant and rave and repeat the same things over and over for about ten minutes I informed him that I was at my sons football practice and that I would talk to Guy in the morning and he could call metomorrowafternoon. I also said "do you know how to avoid this in the future? Just make your payments on time." Then I told him that I was going to get back to my sons practice. He didn't want to stop complaining he wanted say the same thing over and over again. He did not call me back the next day. Mr [redacted] is obviously is someone who thinks they can manipulate the system to get their way. His comments in his desired settlement paragraph about Homophobic comments is absurd. My 17 year old son is gay and no one in this office makes any type of gay slurs, I would be extremely offended if they did. But if he wants people to feel sorry for him I guess that card needs to be thrown. He is now 1 1/2 months behind on his payments. Thank You,James M[redacted]
