This statement is in response to the complaint that was filed by our customer about the purchase of a carton of tile that she feels is not usable for her application. The customer did in fact purchase a carton of Blanc Linen, Ptile ordered in from our supplier, ***, with the
expectation of them being x in size for a project she was undertaking. Our salesperson, ***, said he does not recall whether or not he measured the tile that the customer originally brought in, but in just looking at it, it appeared to be a x tile, which is what she needed, so he indicated to her that the tile that she wanted to order would work. Our company ordered the carton of tile from *** and the customer picked it up at our store and took it home and discovered when she took it out of the box that it was slightly smaller than x 12, at which time she contacted our store with the complaint. As far as a registered letter, we have not been able to locate the letter and are wondering if it was in fact mailed to *** *** **since that was the address given on the Revdex.com complaint instead of *** *** **. Defending our company's side of the situation, all of our tile displays indicate on the display the size of the tiles available, i.e., x 12, x 13, x 6, etc. Because of the way ceramic tile is made with the firing of the product and so forth, any given tile can be either smaller or larger than the size specified. There is no way that a guarantee can be given about the size that will be received. Ceramic tile is designed for grout to be used between the tile, which makes up for the offset. *** was assuming that she was going to use grout, but she has indicated that she is notThe outside of the carton will also indicate either x 12, x 13, x 6, or whatever was ordered. This is industry standard. We contacted *** to make sure that this was not a defect and they would not honor a return because it is in fact within the industry standard. It is our policy here at Smiley Tile Carpet One that when any product is special ordered in from a manufacturer, no returns will be permitted. So *** was correct in that respect. However, we here at Smiley Tile Carpet One strive to provide excellent customer service and we wish for our customers to be happy with our company and tell their friends of our great reputation for customer service and installation, so therefore, we are willing to issue a refund to the customer for the carton of tile. We will need for her to bring the carton of tile back to our store so that a refund can be issued using the card with which the purchase was made. However, we will be unable to order any other tile for her since no guarantee can be made about the size of the tile. I am rejecting this response because: Like I said, when I dropped my vehicle off with Will, I expressed my concerns for the care of my vehicleI made it very clear that this vehicle was brand new, & that the wrap is only temporarySo I asked the appropriate questions,
does the wrap come off easily? Will stated YES, the wrap should come off effortlessthe event there is still adhesive present, then use Goo-Gone to remove existing adhesiveI expressed to Will that I understand what he just told me, there was never any word that when I remove wrap, that there would be deep scratches present, it is a lease for crying out loud! They took my vehicle to different body shops to TRY to fix screw upAll they did was made it worse, the body shops buffed sections of my clear coat away permanently, & this is unacceptable practice, especially from "professionals"!

They know damn well what they did to my vehicle. So I will be going to the next step, Revdex.com you guys really are not much of a service to me at all. ATD will pay for this.
