This repair/customer was sent to and paid through the Madison County Division of Family Resources (IMPACT) ProgramIf we thought there were any issues with the lug nuts, all we would have had to do is call the IMPACT office and they would have given us approval to install new lug nuts on the vehicle
The customer called into our shop on October 17th, She spoke to the mechanic that changed her tires and he tried explaining to her that we wouldn't have changed her lug nuts because it is an unnecessary extra
expenseHe told her that if she wanted to bring the vehicle back in we would be more than happy to look at it and figure something out for herShe cursed at him and said "This is BS" and she hung up on him
The Solution/Fix:
She can bring the car by the shop and see the owner, ***He will try to find a lug wrench that will fit her carIf she chooses to do so,we expect her to keep her temper under control and work with us as we previously tried to do when she called in
In closing, Auto Truck Service has been in business for yearsWe are a very reputable shop that relies solely on word of mouth and referrals from our customersWe feel we have a very good reputation with our customers, but understand we cannot make everyone happyWe do take this complaint serious and are hopeful we can find a happy medium for everyone and put this behind us

RC Windows and Doors is an awesome and reliable family owned company Jan and Ron are very professional , honest and courteous Ron's skill and knowledge are outstanding I highly recommend this company to friends and family
I called R C windows Yesterday they had a cancellation so they came the same day I thought I was so lucky to get a same day appointment little did I know my luck was just beginning. I live on the ocean so the salt corrodes the balance beams in the windows I Knew for sure at least four of the beams had to be replaced, because one actually rusted right out and fell out of the window. But instead of R C windows over selling me and telling me all window beams needed to be replaced thats 12 windows, they were TOTALLY HONEST they replace two rods and applied oil to the rest that's all they needed and everything work prefect!!! I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.
