I called R C windows Yesterday they had a cancellation so they came the same day I thought I was so lucky to get a same day appointment little did I know my luck was just beginningI live on the ocean so the salt corrodes the balance beams in the windows I Knew for sure at least four of the beams had to be replaced, because one actually rusted right out and fell out of the windowBut instead of R C windows over selling me and telling me all window beams needed to be replaced thats windows, they were TOTALLY HONEST they replace two rods and applied oil to the rest that's all they needed and everything work prefect!!! I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again
