Auto Truck Services Inc

On 7/10 I visited Auto Truck Services Inc. in CO Springs for a 24,000 mile service and speedometer repair on my 2011 Four Winds Serrano Motorhome. Despite making an appointment, service took all day. Five inquiries were made during the day on completion time with no adequate response. I should have been advised to arrange a ride instead of wasting the whole day. Billing of $581 far exceeded quote of $250 that Owner [redacted] provided over the phone on 7/7. Owner [redacted] was very rude in addressing my customer service complaints and in reviewing the bill. My family has taken four trips in our motorhome post service at Auto Truck Services Inc. On two of the trips(8/23 & 10/10), the intermittent speedometer issue reoccured. We have pictures driving down the freeway with speedometer at zero.
At a minimum, Auto Truck Services Inc. should refund the portion of the bill related to speedometer repair. I have no desire to return to this business entity for additional poor treatment and service.
