year and at no time did we refuse to send her a payment record. I see no conversation that took place where she even requested one. I am going to mail Ms. [redacted] a copy of her contract, amortization schedule, and payment history today. These documents will show all payments made throughout her loan as well as payments missed throughout her loan. Once she has the opportunity to review these documents, I would be more than happy to discuss her account with her.
