Review: on 10/5/15 I made a deposit on a 5000 dollar down payment for a 2008 f250 pickup. on the 10th I carried another 200 dollars there as I promised the salesman. I told him I had my own business as well as work a full time job. that the next week I couldn't bring any money by because I had to pay my business insurance which was 3800 dollars. he understood. he calls me up on 10/20/15 asking was I coming by on 10/24/15 I said I was as we agreed. he starts saying at least 54 people have called and wanting to by the pickup truck. I then told him I couldn't get more money that fast. that he could go ahead and sale the truck so he wouldn't loose a sale. I told him that I would come by and pickup the 500 dollar deposit the next day so his boss would fuss to hard at him. when I arrived there today 10/21/15 at 10am. he goes off om me cursing and got extremely rude for no reason. and refused to return my 500 dollars and I had reciets in hand. need help with this issue please.Desired Settlement: Refund

I have received a letter today from you about a complaint you received from [redacted]., ID #[redacted].We have already resolved this with Mr. [redacted] yesterday by giving his down payment of $500.00 back to him. I spoke with him on Monday, October 26, 2015, and he said he would be by our office sometime today to pick up his refund.We hope this resolves the issue and Mr. [redacted] is satisfied. When I spoke to him yesterday, he said all he wanted was his down payment back since he was not able to purchase the vehicle.Regards, [redacted], Office Manager
