I am rejecting this response because: the manager, Emad Saphieh knew about this problem prior to the date 07/11/I? purchased my car on May 08, and went into his office the day after, May 09, 2017? to once again cancel an? insurance I did not want or needHe told me it would take no longer than a month; therefore I waited a little over a month, but as soon as I seen the problem was not resolved I went back into the office and asked why it hasn't been done and he yelled at me? exclaiming that it would take two months, so I said nothing about it at the time, I kept calm thanked him and leftUnfortunately, the two months had passed and still nothing was doneI went in a third time and he told me it takes time, but I knew that was just an excuseThat is when I took matters into my own hands and began calling the insurances? myself, but every insurance I contacted said the same thing; they said the vin number of the car didn't match the name [redacted] the co-signer of the car, which is my dad or my name, [redacted] The insurances stated it had a different name as the owner, it was neither [redacted] ***? [redacted] nor [redacted] Since Emad Saphieh refused to listen to me, my dad [redacted] went to the bank to ask for advice on what we could do since Emad refused to? acknowledge? the problemIt is not surprising that Emad Saphied lied about not knowing of this problem prior to the date 07/11/because it isn't the first time he has lied to usAnother topic Emad Saphied ignored is the fact that he hid information about the? vehicle being in a car accidentWhen me and my dad signed the papers he showed us the? carfax that showed zero car accidents but flipped the paper that stated it has been in one car accident over so we wouldn't see and just sign the paperIf he would have told me the truth about the car I would have not bought this vehicle;? because now when I drive this car it tends to just break down on me whenever it wantsI was on a main street when this happened and I believe this is dangerous because when the car breaks down it doesn't allow me to press the gas,? move the steering wheel, or use my brakes, all I could do is wait till the car stopped to turn it off with my emergency lights onAlso, this did not only occur onceTherefore, I want a full refund and to be able to return the car due to the problems? I've had with the car and Emad SaphiehTherefore, I would like to return the car to Emad for a full refund(previous payments, insurances) due to the problems I had with the car[redacted]

PAYMENT.MRS*** WAS AWARE THAT THE VEHICLE DID HAVE A MANUFACTURE WARRANTY WHICH IS A 36/WARRANTY AND A YR/100,MILE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY THROUGH CHRYSLER.WE DID ASK MRS*** TO GO TO CHRYSLER FOR THE PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT DOES HAVE A WARRANTY THROUGH CHRYSLER AND HER CAR WAS REPAIRED.AUTO VILLAGE
