Auto Warehouse, LLC Reviews (4)

Just bought my second car with Auto Warehouse via their auction service, very happy with them so far, everything is as promised and according to the signed contract they execute prior to vehicle purchase
My second car was Merc C Class, arrived in great condition, except need a left front tire changed, no biggie, used cars come with some expenses which is perfectly normal,I can not complain about that.Cost me 220$ to put a new tire in,other than that experience is completely positive first time around as well as this time
Thank you Auto Warehouse

I bought a nice car from Auto Warehouse and was treated fairly. I will do business with them again.

Thank you

Advertises vehicles on craigslist on Ft Lauderdale area with pictures implying the car is there in stock. Calls inform you they dont have THE PICTURED car but charge $495 to get the car from repo. So busyily swamped with calls they cant take your call nor call back within A day. Claim "have had alot of buyers today asking about that car". 1. How'd they get the picture if it isn't on the lot? Note the pics backround are from all over the place. 2. If the demand in calls to buy the vehicles are so busy then why not buy the car in the 1st place & sell it to the next customer who walks in.? Why fuss with multiple phone calls when it could be sold on site in one? Is it to get deposits from multiple people? 3. A friend had already gotten a contract to buy the car so to check if it was a scam I called and asked about the same vehicle & found surprisingly it was still for sale.implying they would willingly accept my $495+$2000 deposit 4. If the phones are ringing off the hook and there's that much business why isnt there enough sellers to answer those calls?.& if not enough call handlers then are there enough mechanics? enough employees calling the repo centers and driving to pick up all these cars for all these callers who want great deals? They were willing to take my $495 plus $2000 down knowing the car was selling to someone else with contract. 4. MONEY MUST BE WIRED to their account. BEWARE its lost versus a credit card deposit which they know can be negated if they fail the contract on their end. Can you imagine if 10-15 calls per minute come in and 50% fall for it and send both $495+2000. They scam $2500 per person x 6 people per hour or $15,000 per hour x 8 hrs= $120,000 a day. Even if they just keep that $495 & dont find your car thats still near $2500 a day. Looking at their web page indicates there are no cars advertised on craigslist on their lot. In fact there are only 12 on website vs the 297 vehicles or more listed at phenomenal $5-6000 below blue book. Of the 12 a good handfull are up near 50-70K while the rest remain priced just above blue book value.

On craiglist they're all priced thousands below. If they have a photo for each craigslist car then why dont htey have a photo for each car on their lot? & why isnt every car on lot priced thousands below? & where are they getting these pictures? When u match the contract VIN with carfax you'll find a digit is off. You may also find it isnt a repo as claimed. Instead its a vehicle that had some major mechanical issues fixed. See the ad says "buy your car direct from the AUCTION"- a place where the goods are sold to the highest bidder. How can they advertise a fixed price if 1. they haven't bought it at the bidding auction 2. dont know what the final bid would be? ? Note the words "wholesale" = selling of goods in LARGE QUANTITIES to be retailed. 297 craig list pictures Yet they show owning only 12 on their lot 297 cars x $10000 average car cost= $2,970,000 sold TODAY! & only 12 on their lot? 297 sold today x $2500 deposit/fee= $742,000 income TODAY! and TOMMORROW & THERAFTER..& they cant afford telephone agents???? nor get contracts emailed asap? . Whats left to sell if 297 are sold today? Is all that desposit money going to auction buying?
