Auto Warranty Refund

Review: In November of 2013 AWR contacted me to retrieve a auto warranty refund I had comming to me all paperwork was completed right, there was a problem with a employee and I was sent to a man named June to finish all paperwork, I have not been able to contact at all, there seems to be a answering system still working, but I cannot reach anyone on the phone or by e-mail, I feel as though I have been duped and they have taken the $1500.00 that was told I would receive, if they are just ripping people off, then I would like to press charges against [redacted] as they are the 2 men that I have dealt with about this, also I am filing a complaint against Auto Warranty Refund for Greivance and stress due to their actions with said facts, if needed I have all paperwork related to this action, dated at time of actionDesired Settlement: I just want what is owed to me, along with the company being dis-assembled so as this will not happen to any other person by this organization
