In response to Ms*** complaint, we want to clarify that Ms*** only paid $in cash instead of the required downpayment of $2,000. She was suppose to bring in proof of residence and the balance of the downpayment. She never did. All of the information which she provided
was false. After two (2) months, we had to do a skiptracer in order to find her. We took possession of the car for nonpayment. All of the vehicle tags for the car were inside of it. Ms***' complaint is her reaction to having her car repossessed for nonpayment

Mr*** is currently at Auto Way, and we are working with him to resolve his vehicle issuesThe car that he was sold by us did pass safety and emissionsEven though the problem was not initially detected, we are paying for the fixes for that

the insurance co. we were told it was canceled due to insufficient funds, the finance company couldn't confirm her employment and the financing fell through as well. This customer has been untruthful of every account. If she can prove that she has financing for the car she can have the car.
