Review: Warranty complaint, purchased car December 17, 2013. had a 1 month warranty on it. while under the warranty I took the the car back for some repair issues on january 9 ,2014 , the brakes needed to be replaced as well. the car was kept for a week and a half by the dealer.I was told the the car was ready for me to pick up after a few days the warranty was expired . I drove the car for 4 days and the brakes began to fail and make screeching noises . I took the car back to the dealer to complain about the brakes, and I was told by the dealer that the car was no longer under warranty and they were not obligated to do the repair on the brakes. I believe they held my car long enough for the warranty to expire, so they won't fix the brakes. I had the brakes inspected by a mechanic and was told that the brakes were never replaced and that they were worn down to nothing and were falling apart. I had the brakes replaced by a different mechanic, I believe the Dealer should have replaced the brakes the first time . and I should be compensated for the cost of the repair done by the other mechanic. Desired Settlement: I request a Settlement of $97.00 dollars, for parts and labor.

Review: I recently put 1500 dollars down on a 2007 [redacted] malibu. That I got without a drivers license. Well a very import family emergency came up to where I needed to go to oklahoma for my family. The guy brendan that sold me the car said that I had 30 days to return the car. So I called him after I received the news about my family issue and he told me to bring the car back and he'd give me half the money back that id put down. So I get there return the car and he says ill give u a call later. Im like no I dont feel so comfortable leaving without the money from the car. So I waited for hours for him to INSPECT THE CAR. And he gave me attitude the whole time then I asked to speak with a manager he said they dont speak with clients then he said hes reposessing my car and that was after I asked to speak with a boss.Desired Settlement: I want at least half of the money back that I put down.

Review: This company has repossessed my vehicle 2 weeks after the very first payment was due, then I talked to the guy [redacted] on the day they repossessed the car, and he told me he would give me a few more days and he lied, not even an hour after he told me he'll give me til Friday the 27th of May 2016, the repo man came with a set of keys he had to have obtained from.the car company, jumped I'm the vehicle and sped away and Joe says oh there's nothing I can do about it, but you were supposed to call them and tell them not to come when you knew they were coming, now I'm trying to get the vehicle back and he has had his business shut down for 3 days now, so I can't pay the car payment or get my car out because he all of a sudden can't be reached, now the car sits at the recovery place and I can't get it at all, because he won't answer his phone or open his business, and I'm being told by law enforcement and the repo agency that there's nothing I can do until he can be reached which is ridiculous to me, so now I can pay but he's nowhere to be found and won't return no valls5, how unprofessional is that really, something has to be done about this because this is not right or fair and he needs to be in trouble or fined or something for this, because as a consumer this isn't right or professional at all, and he's violated all kinds of things from his contract aa well, and his repo guy put his hands on me while he was trying to take off in the vehicle!!!!Desired Settlement: He needs to pay the $180 flat rate for the tow due to if he had not of lied and told me that he'll give me more time they would've have taken it and there would not have been no charge, I feel he should pay them, and also he hasn't even been there to allow me to pay him the car payment to get the vehicle back in almost 4 days, and now if he does contact me I can't go the the tow yard til Tuesday because Monday is a holiday and all this has inconvenienced me because of a lie he told.

Review: I purchased a car from the dealer and the car broke down 4 blocks from the dealer I called 5 minutes after it was 80 degrees in Sacramento on 6/3/15 the car wouldn't start it decided to start 3 hours later and I returned the car I asked for a refund and was denied and told I only had a 2 hour test drive I paid a 800$Desired Settlement: I just would like to get my money back now im out of a car and a way to school

Company states: She the purchased the vehicle from us. Two days later she brought the vehicle back and demanded a refund. She refused to purchase the contract cancellation at time of purchase. I could not give her a refund. If she had a mechanical issue with the vehicle we would looked at it but she never dropped it off to us. 2 days later the vehicle was reported stolen. Found by the police department the next day. She wants a refund but does not even have the vehicle. We cannot entertain a refund if she does not even have the vehicle.
