Review: I gave the company $2700 as a down payment for a 2006 [redacted] sonata. The next day I was going to fill out paperwork and sign documentation and I decided against it. I called the company and spoke with [redacted], a car salesman, and told him that I no longer wanted the car. I told him I wanted my refund and he said to come in the next day, Saturday March 1st, 2014. I come in the next day and the manager tries to get me to still purchase the car, but I was adamant about getting my refund. He called someone at their main office and the man was not there to issue my refund. I had to wait a half hour for someone to get there to get my refund. Then the manager gave the man at the main office my card number to issue the refund. I was then given a copy of my refund receipt that was faxed to the office I was at. He said it could take 6 days and I made my way home. Now it is March 11th, 2014 and still no refund. I called them March 10th, 2014 and I was transferred to the corporate office and spoke with [redacted] in accounting. She said she called the bank and the bank told her that there was some kind of disconnect and it would take 24-48 hours to just find out what happened. She told me she would call me March 11th, 2014. I did not receive a call today and I called her, left a message. I didnt get a call back so I called again and a woman answered telling me that [redacted] was not in today. All the while I have called my bank 5 times asking if anything was pending and they do not see anything pending. This is the 7th business day and even the bank said that this is unusual.Desired Settlement: I want my 2700 dollars immediately. They immediately took my money when I was willing to purchase from them, but it is impossible to get anyone to give me answers in regard to my money. I opted out of getting the car because I could not afford it. I have 2 children and bills to pay and it is unfair that they are playing with my hard earned money. I will file a civil suit if I do not get my money this week.

Review: I played for extended warranty and they never payed the warranty l was told they would pay me its been a month now they don't return my calls I had nothing but lies from them and got pulled over for fake temp plate and a jeep I had to get rid of and lost 5grand because the car was a lemonDesired Settlement: I would like 1895. Back because they never payed it and I could not use the warranty
