Awhile back I had my car repossessed by AutoWorld, and this isn't me being mad at them for repossessing my car. I had other bills that all just caught up to me at once it's my fault. My anger is from how hard they made it for me to pick my car back up. First off as my car was being repossessed I was on the phone with them asking what I needed to do to get my car back and how much I needed to pay. I was told $870 and to set up an appointment. I asked if I could have an appointment for that day and was told no. So I set one up for the following day. They told me I needed to bring a piece of postmarked mail, registration, my ID and proof of insurance needed to be at AutoWorld at least 30 minutes before I was. Most of that stuff was in my car and I asked if they could grab it out of the car for me when I got there and they said that was fine. Well, when I got there and asked the representative to get it out of the car, after telling her exactly where it was, she came back and said it wasn't there, but she said she could look it up if I had a piece of mail on me with a postmark date. To which I responded that was in the car as well and she kept skirting around going back out to my car to get it. So I asked if I could just go out there to grab it if I was supervised and she said they had to pull all the contents of the car out, and that wasn't gonna happen! I just got back from a week of my family visiting my parents and my car was destroyed, as I have a two year old who likes to reek havoc when confined. I told her I didn't even need to touch the car cause my mail was sitting on the dash to which she said we still have to pull everything out for you to go through. I'm sorry but I think that is complete bull! They made drive all the way back home and get mail(they wanted a utility bill, but they don't need to know anything more than I pay them for my car.) then drive to the SOS and get a new registration. Oh and I forgot to mention the price I had to pay to get my car back went up $157 overnight. Its how they make their money. They repossess, auction, and then re-sell. I wont personally be going in or calling to make payments. I'll be mailing in from now on. They are just as bad as [redacted] in my book. Again, this isn't because I'm angry my car was repossessed, I didn't pay my payment on time. That's what happens it was my fault.

This is the rudest and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with and will never do business with them again!!!
