- He did NOT bring the vehicle back to our dealership, nor did he contact us until March, three months later as he stated in the complaint.
- Management was UNAWARE of the vehicle when he droped it off.

to one of the salespeople over a busy sale weekend, who in turn neglected to make management aware of the due bill item to be repaired.
- It was not brought to our attention until last week.
- We immediately started working on the solution as promised
- Him calling the police department was unnecessary and he did it just to make a noise like he is doing now by contacting you.
- This is very simple. The salesperson who had sold him the vehicle no longer works for the company and the customer calls our sales department rather then contacting management to fix the problem.
- When I became aware of the situation, I personally called the customer and left him a voice mail message as the General Manager of the company and gave him my personal cell phone number where he could get in contact with me at any time, as I personally have taken ownership of this work getting done. Customer NEVER called me. He kept calling the main sales line and making unnecessary noise and using severe foul language with my sales staff.
- Bottom line, we found a pre-owned part and ordered it. It will be here within 48 hours. The radio could not be repaired so we had to order a whole system.
- I finally was able to get a hold of the customer yesterday and everything is in order.
