I am rejecting this response because: I did all the work to get the title. 2 months was too long. I felt that I had been mistreated and had to resolve the issues myself. I now have the title.

To the best of my knowledge this complaint has bee satisfactorily resolved. I have attempted to contact Mr. [redacted], but is no longer accepting my my calls. The credit union has verified that there is no longer an issue. Mr [redacted] purchased a used Porche. He was aware that his was a consignment...
vehicle and that we did not hold the title. The owner of the Porche travels a great deal and was not always available. We made a mistake and our check to the credit union was not for the correct amount.. This was quickly resolved. Mr. [redacted] never seemed to understand that just because his check cleared his bank does not mean that the credit union would release the title as our check would need to clear our bank. As it turned out the owner of the Porche had some unresolved issues with the credit union that need to settled and was traveling and needed to sign a release with the credit union. Unfortunately, due to circumstances largely out of control, there was a delay in Mr. [redacted] being able to register the vehicle. This is not unusual especially on a consigned car. Mr. [redacted] at all times held the collateral.
