aloha, customer agreed to the terms and took the vehicle "as is" and we did everything that was promised for them after the dealI attached the documents that was signed at the time of the sale mahalo, shaun c*** auto x-change sales manager

Thank you for your efforts in helping resolve this matter The dealership has finally taken care of everything They registered my vehicle on Tuesday September 5th and put the proper Lein on the car as well Thank you again for helping with this matter

First of all, we always try please customer needs on their purchaseHe has purchased a used vehicle and this vehicle has out of warrantyHe has signed all the documents and he has understood the sale is finalWhen we had the vehicle, we had our mechanic checked the
vehicle and it was in fine condition After this incident happened, we have come to conclusion with the customer and we have took carethe problems of the vehicleThe customer has satisfied with our resultHe has also agreed to withdraw the complaint with the Revdex.comThis problem was taking care and finished in September of My manager forgot to response back to you

To whom it may concern,The person that wrote this complaint is not even a customer of Auto X-changeThis person had nothing to do with that deal

To whom this may concern,This transaction has been resolved a while ago. After two days of trying to resolve the issue we ended up unwinding the deal and gave the customer back their down payment and took back the car less a $150 restocking fee.

To Hawaii Revdex.com, the matter regarding Mr. [redacted] has been resolved. His son's registration is in our possession awaiting his return back to Oahu. I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and he agreed to remove complaint once I gave him prove that his son's vehicle was registered to him. Thank you for resolving this...

matter. Regards,Charles M[redacted]Finance Manager

To whom it
may concern,      In January 2015 we sold a used [redacted]
to a customer named [redacted].  He
specifically came in to purchase this vehicle that he saw on our website. Mr.
[redacted] asked my salesman Bradley C[redacted] if this can be used as shuttle van...

with
no specifics on what kind of shuttle.
Bradley agreed with the customer and said “I’ve seen these used as
commercial shuttle vans”. Turns out you can use it as a shuttle. Mr. [redacted]
used the wrong wording and instead wanted to use the vehicle as a
"taxi" which requires a PUC license and the vehicle does not qualify
for.  Mr. [redacted] came back to our
dealership saying this vehicle won’t work and accuses us of misleading him
which was not the case, so we tried to switch him to another van that would
work and he did not want it. In my opinion it’s the customer/buyer
responsibility to do research before purchase. It is not our responsibility.
Further, we did discuss that this purchase was all sales final and even then,
tried to help him further by offering another vehicle which he refused.  If you have any further questions or concerns
please don't hesitate to call us. Aloha,Shaun *.

[redacted]   yes! all of those items listed was complete. as far as the battery, the only thing promised was "charge battery"

Business left a voice mail advising the complaint has been resolved.

to whom it may concern,       This matter has been addressed and taken care of a while ago. we have talked to Mr. [redacted] finance institution and we explained to them that we are having a title issue.  Because this type of situation is very common especially...

in Hawaii, the bank understands and did not raise the APR.  They also mentioned if it went past a certain grace period it would be beyond their control about raising the APR but we were explained once they have received the title it would be reduced back to the normal rate.  we have compensated him to the fullest and everything should be taken care of by now.mahalo, shaun

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately not all the agreements that were promised was
met.  My bumper sensors, jerky down
shifting and rear bumper that had a scratch which went under the paint and a
few inches long are still not taken care of.
My rear suspension air bags and suspension compressor was taken care of
after numerous of visits to the shop and countless verbal disputes me telling
them they need to keep their promises.
The reason I am not accepting their offer is because, only a quarter of their
promised agreement was met and the rest is still left with on my car.
              I had
taken my car to another mechanic car shop, one of my choice so I would know
exactly what is wrong with my car and not have anything hidden from me with prices,
parts, labor, or problems.  The reason
why I had taken my car there was because after the promised repair service that
Autoxchange had promised me on the rear air suspension and air compressor there
was rattling noises coming from the front and rear of the car.  When the mechanic at the shop I took it to
had put my car on the car lift he had spotted numerous problems. Attached is
the whole work order estimate that was given to me with an itemized parts,
problem, cost, and labor.
              Along with
the promised agreements not met, I have had the worst customer service from the
owner himself literally saying “ I will take care of this if you will stop
crying about it.” I was also handed over to 4 different people to help me out
within over a 7 month span which really had got me nowhere until I had went to
the owner himself when he had tried to avoid me over this period. I had also
discovered other suspicious transactions going on with the business and the
shops that they are taking it to get it fixed and the stories they are telling
the owners of the car.  With all of this
said, I am rejecting this response because AutoXchange had not held their full
end of the deal.  I want to also thank
the owner for leaving me with a nice $3,943.54 bill in order to fix my car in
the shape that it was promised to me when I had purchased the vehicle.
[redacted](operations) or [redacted] (AutoXchange owner) Feel free to contact me with any concerns regarding this response letter[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this specifc resolution is satisfactory to me for this specid issue. There has been many more since then. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because of false claims:1.  I did not see or have any knowledge of the vehicle being online.  This is a false claim. I was driving on Kapiolani and saw the van on the lot, so decided to stop in and take a look2.  Salesman Bradley C[redacted] was specifically told that the intent of the van purchase was to be made into a taxi for a tourists going to Hanauma Bay. This is the sole intent of purchasing the vehicle. Using the word "shuttle" and not disclosing the reason is false.3.  Yes, Auto X-change offered to switch to another van, however the exchange was $5,000 deficient in exchange value.  More specifically, I paid $15,000 cash for the [redacted] AND traded-in a [redacted] worth $6,000.  $15K +$6K = $21K value.  The trade in that was offered was for a [redacted] (asking price $14,000) plus additional $2,000.  $14,000+$2,000 = $16,000.  Therefore, $21,000 -$16,000 = $5,000.  Losing $5K in this exchange that was NOT acceptable.  Therefore, I wanted to return the [redacted] and get the entire $21,000 back. 4.  In response to Mr. C[redacted]'s response, "it's the customer/buyer responsibility to do research before purpose...", I know for a fact (not only opinion), it is illegal to have a Breach in Warranty based on fitness of particular purpose and to demonstrate negligent misrepresentation on the condition for sale.  The law supercedes opinion. For those reasons above, the response is rejected.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
