I am rejecting this response because:  I can't easily discard their spam mail. I have to scrub my name from their mail before I can recycle it. It would be irresponsible of me to just throw it away. They are being irresponsible to say they can't permanently remove my name from their marketing garbage. I don't deserve to be innundated with their spam just because they are so irresponsible. Consumers should not be at the mercy of marketers. How ridiculous!

I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept a meaningless apology; I want the contacts via U.S. mail or any other means to STOP. It turns out this business is even shadier than I realized when I filed the complaint. I received another postcard from them, with the name of another person and a totally different address and phone number. When I called that number, I found that it is also [redacted]. The only name on that postcard is Jared M[redacted]; phone number [redacted]. It stated that he’s still waiting for a reply from me (because he sent me a letter in March). The first postcard (and previous letter) was from Andy M[redacted] same phone number. That postcard is the one I complained about; it at least had the name [redacted] in very tiny print. This barrage of mail from them is totally unwanted. This house is not even for sale. And it will NEVER be sold to such shady people.

I am rejecting this response because: your representative was made aware that my name was not the owner of record the first day I met her. This has not ever been a topic of discussion until I filed with the Revdex.com. My response to your A+credit rating is because you or your company bribe people NOT to report your business tactics by offering them gift cards.  [redacted] SEE ATTACHED AUDIO RECORDING[redacted].  The agreed purchase offer was one  CREATED AND OFFERED BY YOUR TEAM MEMBER!   [redacted] gave me a low and high number.  She said it would not be any lower than the low number!! Then you came back with almost 10k beloe the low offer.  After you drug me around for 45 days.  Your website says you close quickly, pay cash and once a price is agreed (contract signed) the seller can consider it sold.  To be honest with you I am not angry at the  extremely long wait period, or the way you guys drug the deal out to the last minute then blindsided me with a low ball purchase price. But with the way you handle your customers. The hostile, uninformative, insincere manner which you conduct business.  You throw your A+ Revdex.com rating around like badge verifying good business ethics. I may have no other recourse and simply have to move on from this situation... but I want other people to know the truth about your company!! I would not let my daughter sell your company her barbie doll house.! You sneaky shady,  have no customer service or accountability.
