The Mechanic statements are not accurateAs I said in my previous statement $80 was refunded because he felt he did not do a proper jobThe work that he said he performed was indeed not done properlyI paid with a credit/debit card for the serviceHe refused to refund it back on my cardInstead he gave me cash that he took directly from the register. He did not give me any receiptThe auto company claim to have experience with working with foreign cars of all sortsIt's clear that this particular Mechanic does not have this kind of experienceI asked him for his opinion on blue devil sealant products that I saw in autozone . He told me that it does work sometime and that he would add it to the oil for meI am not a Mechanic so I asked him for his honest opinionThis is what he told me and its exactly what he didIf he had any experience with German cars as a mechanic he would have known that you can not add this to the car oilI did tell the dealer everything that this Mechanic has doneThe dealer told me he should have known that you do not use blue rear main sealant for a Volkswagen to stop oil leaksThese cars are very sensitive. If the mechanic did not have any experience with the product and foreign cars he should have been upfront with me as a customer I'm not a mechanic. He took advantage of me because I am a womenI have no experience when it comes to carsIf the auto shop and the mechanic had experience in dealing with foreign cars as they claim they didSomething like this would have never happened. He took my money, and did a terrible jobgave me $as a refund so I would not make any noise about the issue His "work" speaks for itself and the fact that he is lying about an $refund says a lot about him alsoHe is dishonestMy car was running terrible after leaving his auto shop. His "work" really speaks for itselfHe takes people money without doing the work correctly or at all what a horrible auto shop

Dear Sir/Madam,Work was done properly, and I have all the invoices of the parts where I got them from. Secondly, I never refund any money.When she bring the car to check, I told her there were two different leaks. We only worked on Oil Filter Housing Gasket Leak. Other Leak was Rear main seal which I told her to that which will cost her around 700 dollars.She came after couple of days and bring her own Leak Stop ( Blue Devil ). Blue Devil is like dark blue color. And she told me to put blue Devil which I did. So may because of Blue Devil the Oil color turned dark but nothing wrong with the oil. She should have told at dealership that she put Blue Devil inside.The Gasket which I replaced, there was no more leak on it.

The business response is not accurate the  Mechanic is lying. He did not do a proper job with my car nor did he perform the work he had claimed to do correctly. I also have the receipts and pictures of the oil changed he claimed to do also the receipts from the dealer performing the same work he did all over again. He realized he didn't do a proper job so after I showed him the receipts from the dealer he refunded me $80 back. In cash. He did not admit this in his statement to Revdex.com. I am asking back a full refund. He was not willing to refund me in full. He owes me $120.

The first time when the client came to me it was only to diagnose the car. After the diagnostic I charge her 20$ and explained the problem which was rear main seal leak and oil filter housing gasket and recommended that she change the oil as well. The client left and came back after few days to get...

the work done on her car. So I replaced oil filter housing gasket, did the oil change, and replace the oil filter and that's all there was no other work was done on the vehicle. I also told the client to please get the rear main seal done but she had no money at that time for rear main seal job so told me will come back later but she never did. I charged her $180 for oil change, filter housing gasket, and oil filter. there was no money refunded and I also have the receipt for the work which was done on the car. there was no smoke test preformed or charged for. there was no other work done on the car that's all.

Review: MY DAUGHTER BROKE DOWN ON A BRIDGE, PUSHED HER CAR TO THIS PLACE. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE REPAIRED HER VEHICLE, HOWEVER WHEN SHE RETURNED HOME (PROVIDENCE, RI) 5 HRS AWAY HER CAR BROKE DOWN AGAIN WITH SAME PROBLEM (I HAVE DOCUMENTATION FROM A REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP THAT SAID REPAIR IS SAME ) WHICH SHE ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR TO GET IN WRITING, $37. I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE SHE WAS STRANDED (PREGNANT WITH 3 SMALL CHILDREN) AND HAS NO CREDIT CARD. I TRIED TO DO A CHARGEBACK WITH MY CREDIT CARD (US BANK) WHO I AM ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT ABOUT BUT THEY WONT HELP ME, WONT EVEN GIVE ME THE LAST NAMES OF THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS HANDLING MY CLAIM. IT WAS OUT AND OUT FRAUD AND I DO NOT FEEL I SHOULD PAY THEM THE $1600. THEY RIPPED MY DAUGHTER OFF THE CAR WAS NOT REPAIRED PROPERLY AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE CHANGES TO MY US BANK VISA REMOVED
