The first time when the client came to me it was only to diagnose the carAfter the diagnostic I charge her 20$ and explained the problem which was rear main seal leak and oil filter housing gasket and recommended that she change the oil as wellThe client left and came back after few days to get the work done on her carSo I replaced oil filter housing gasket, did the oil change, and replace the oil filter and that's all there was no other work was done on the vehicleI also told the client to please get the rear main seal done but she had no money at that time for rear main seal job so told me will come back later but she never didI charged her $for oil change, filter housing gasket, and oil filterthere was no money refunded and I also have the receipt for the work which was done on the carthere was no smoke test preformed or charged forthere was no other work done on the car that's all
