Auto Zone

Between November 19th and the 29th 2019. I had an engine check done at Auto Zone the report read that I needed a catalytic Converter. In which Anthony the manager at auto zone recommended I order the part. He told me he was an certified mechanic and insisted I order the part. He sent me the link and I order it brand new. He charged me 150.00 for labor.on Dec 7th he installed the part on my car. As soon as I left I notice no change. I question him about he said I had to give it time to adjust. Later that night the rattle got louder it seem like the car was worse than when I took it to him.
On Dec 8, 2019 approx 10am I texted him that the muffler or something sounds really loud. I ask him can he check it for me. Then I sent him a picture of my car saying " Engine power is reduced" which I had never seen before. on Dec 9th 2019 approx 4pm I took it back to him.. He said said everything is fine give it a couple more days it was to soon to tell. So on December, 17, the car was worse then he said I now need the camshaft and crank shaft which I also brought brand new and paid him 100.00 to replace.
Still the car is getting worse. There is much more to buy and pay for parts bought and labor. Then he said I needed a flush so we brought the stuff and I paid him to the job. Now he said I needed to do a tune up again I brought the stuff and paid him to do the tune up. Still the car is the same. During all this time I took to auto zone about 13 times to have the engine checked. It had check engine light all the time. It was still running bad.Dec 27 still read " Engine power reduced. I kept calling him now hes ignoring me. Jan 8 2020. I asked him to please fix my car right he said to bring it by 3pm Jan 11 nothing the car was saying " service stability trak Jan 26 He said I needed a different camshaft and crank shaft and again. I buy the and he puts them on I pay him for labor. Jan 28 I do a engine check the results are all the same parts I replaced as if He never replaced any parts. I called auto zone
