Auto Zone

I went into Auto Zone February 2, 2020 in the evening. I attempted to purchase oil and headlights but a male on register named *** said my transaction did not go through. I was using my debit card and removed it after it said approved. Once *** told me the transaction didn't go through, I was immediately able to show him on my bank statement that it in fact went through. He told me it didn't go through on his end. I tried to ask another chick named *** and she told me it was an issue with the bank. Two days later February 4th, I went to the auto zone to speak with someone else and after giving them the transaction number, it shows that my transaction DID show up in their system. Now I am in the process of getting refunded my $112.75. They took my money instantaneously, yet the refund is not being handled with the same regard.
