Auto Zone

I usually go to Walmart because they are so cheap but when I can I prefer auto zone they are usually always super nice and very helpful this one time as of November 17th 2020 was just beyond helpful they went out of the way to help my youngest brother and myself not only with purchasing the correct battery but not trying to over sell a expensive battery but also at the same time explaining how some battery's last longer obviously that might be a given for most but it was very great useful information in this case we ended up getting a cheaper battery as the car is going to be fixed up and sold with that in mind they helped us definitely picking the cheapest one as it's not something we will need long in our case also what was beyond cool was how they were super busy but was able to come out and help install the battery for us at no extra charge that was by far the most generous customer experience I had in so long especially with the world as it is at the moment thank those gentleman for the help and for the compassion they gave us and truly did not have to at all this is not part of the job yes help yes loan tools but to go out fix a german luxury car is not part of the application LMFAO maybe it is I didn't read that part when I applied long ago maybe it's different now but to expect people to just work on my car because I bought a cheap battery that is just amazing I'm honestly super happy they did because we had no tools for it and it was a pain in the rear end to do it and the kid not kid but he was a young guy he did it like literally with a smile on his face as he was so passionate about cars you can just tell by way he talked about working on this lil spit fire lol btw it's a 2004 a4 manual 1.8 turbo beautiful car but definitely gna need some tlc but everything works no problems yet besides new battery tires are all four brand new and fluids are needed to be topped off but other than that looks like a nice car again thanks for the help of the guys at auto zone they are seriously my best friend's when it comes to this diy car care stuff they do extra and go outa way for the customer I noticed that with my dad he would only shop at certain places this was one of them just can't beat that customer service .
