Review: I purchased A 2004 [redacted] from [redacted] on [redacted] Virginia [redacted]. When I purchased my vehicle I bought a service plan auto for life. In the event that my motor or transmition were to fail I would pay a hundred dollar deductible and auto 4 life would replace the damaged item. As long as I get my vehicle maintnanced at their dealership. When I purchased the vehicle I was active duty military. I kept my end of the agreement and had my service at their dealership until I pcs'd (moved) to [redacted] ky. I went back to the dealer to explain of my move and ask how it would affect me wjth my warranty and it was explained to me again as long as I use a licensed [redacted] dealer and keep track of my maintnance in the event something happens I would be covered. Now my motor is blown and is sitting over at [redacted] auto mall in [redacted] ky. The mechanics explained to me that water may have gotten into my engine somehow and caused my engine to go. I need a new motor. The mechanics also stated this was no fault of my own that I had fixed all reccomended issues and that I always got my oil changed when needed. I contacted auto 4 life. And from the second I got on the phone with their representative the man was rude and said that they would not do anything for me. That the service agreement shouldn't have been sold to active duty military in the first place. Than he instructed that I fax a copy of my military orders to him and the maintnance history from [redacted] auto mall where my truck has been maintnanced since I moved. After days of getting the run around and being treated extremely poorly he again stated they wouldn't do anything. And tried to tell me I voided my warranty. I have contacted [redacted] as well. And have been getting the run around as well. I have 2 years left of payments I babied my vehicle. Just spent thousands of dollars on new brakes and tired and etc!! Please I need help. My truck has been sitting at the dealership and I'm still paying for a truck I can't use. And I can't get to my VA appointments.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor their word. And fix my vehicle. No other sloldiers should have to go through what I'm going through. If their not gonna honor their contract or their gonna make it and absolute nightmare like they have been then they shouldn't be allowed to sell this service. Of their still

Not going to fix my truck is like my money back for the service contract. Thank you for your time with this matter.

Sincerely [redacted].

Review: We have an issue with the validity of the contract that was sold to as an extra item to a used car we purchased. We originally thought this warranty was a solid idea to agree to. Later discovering the dealership we are required to bring the vehicle back to made a transition into another dealership, which caused the dealership to not properly maintain the service that must be done correctly according to AUDI's standards. We drove 200 miles to the dealership to get an oil change and the dealership did not perform the service done to AUDI's recommendations. We later drove our vehicle home and a quart of oil was disbursed from under the car onto our garage floor. We quickly brought the vehicle in to our certified dealership and had them perform a proper service and later discovered the other dealer ship that we are required to go to did not service our car properly.

This has now created a trusting issue with them, we want to bring our car to a certified AUDI dealership that has the proper tools to handle this. We called AUTO4LIFE, the owner operator was the worst representative we had to deal with. Wanted to talk over to create a feeling of incorrect ideas we had and tried to explained to us we had no idea what we were talking about, because he also deals with a BMW dealership, which apparently makes him an expert and service. When in-fact he was completely wrong. The owner wouldnt explain anything just talked over and then later hung up on the phone.

I feel that the warranty requirements to bring the vehicle back to a dealership that is not capable to safely and properly service our vehicle, for fear we will lose the warranty is putting our lives at faith at risk, not to mention our lives.

The question we bring up now is if this warranty will cover us on other issues that could arise with the power train. It states it will, but this owner is supplied with legal control to make sure claims could be avoided in payment by the company. Later we found out that our policy is an older version to a new written one. We found out from the dealership that ours changed too with out consent or acknowledgement. This one person company is now messing with our lives because of the requirements to uphold.Desired Settlement: We would like to see an amendment created with the warranty that will allow us to service our vehicle according to the manufacture standards, not the dealership or warranty's standards.

We would like to have our AUDI serviced with a trusted dealer ship and still have a valid warranty.

With a pregnant wife and children in our car that is being serviced by a some one who can not do it right is posing a potential problem
