Review: after getting my 2000 bmw z3 repaired by this auto garage ,owner talked me into ordering a new convertible top for my car and upon delivery would install it ,I then purchased the top from owner of shop giving owner $380.00 ,on 10/29/2013 he then said top would take approx. 4-6 weeks for delivery.when I called to shop after allowed time I was told ,top for car was in transit ,and it will be in next week ,I was told this dec 23,2013 ,I called following week and asked for a tracking number and was told that they didn't know the tracking number ,I then asked ,what carrier they used ,they told me they didn't know ,it is now jan2nd 2014 ,after just making another call to them today ,they again told me its still in transit,can you please HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE AS I ALREADY PAID FOR THIS I BELIEVE THIS IS A DISHONEST REPAIR FACILITYDesired Settlement: FOR MY NEW TOP TO BE INSTALLED AS PROMISED PER CONTRACT,THAT I PAID FOR

Review: I took my vehicle to Autobahn Automotive on September 4th, 2013 I paid him $1,300 and was guaranteed a warrantied new transmission within 7-10 days by the "owner" [redacted]. He kept my car for four months. I called every single day he avoided every phone call and when I finally would get him on the phone he refused to give me my money or car back. When I finally got my car back on December 11th, 2013 it had the exact same problems it had when I gave it to him plus additional mechanical and now cosmetic issues. He warrantied his work and the transmission however he refuses to honor his warranty. Not only does he refuse to fix the car he refuses to give me my money back and after a month of avoiding my calls I finally got him on the phone this morning and when I asked for my money back he hung up on me and now no longer can be reached.Desired Settlement: I paid him $1,000 in cash and $300 on my ATM debit card I would like my $1,300 back so I can get my car fixed somewhere else. If possible I would like additional money for the new mechanical damages he caused but I really just want my money back. I also want to make sure that it's known what a horrible person this man is and that his business is unprofessional and unreliable. No one deserves to be taken advantage or treated the way he treated me.
