waived due to weather conditions as a courtesy.B.If the complaint is about the snow in our yard, it was the morning after a snow storm and we were in the process of clearing our yard and getting her car out.C.If the complaint is about the rudeness she was in an angry mode and the rudeness was initiated by her. Also for your information the reason for the tow the car was in a no parking zone and also impounded for a suspended registration. We are not in agreement to give any funds back and do not appreciate the threats of writing to the DA and the press.

Review: Upon paying $210 at the office I was ushered to the back lot by a kind worker named [redacted]. They had towed my corvette at [redacted] and I reached there about [redacted]. There lot was not cleaned of the snow at all. My car was not going to be able to be driven off there a lot albeit the public streets were clean enough to drive the short distance home. [redacted] tells an angry man there that I cannot drive the car off there lot. The angry man, I think named [redacted] (because everybody refused to give me his name) said thats not my problem! He He then proceeded to tell me to get my piece of JUNK off his lot. Also said why the [redacted] did I drive it in a snow storm yesterday. After that he called me a very explicit Word and marched off. I went back to the office, the lady there was very nice and seemed shocked and the mans behavior. She got someone to clean the snow path and drive my car up to the exit. She was professional however also claimed she didn't know his name.This is not the first time I have been told that there angry employees/owners have behaved toward paying customers. I notified the precinct that hired them and they are aware and will generate a call to them.Desired Settlement: Due to the fact that the precinct hires local tow companies I feel they have a monopoly and therefore feel that they can treat there clientele like garbage. I am interested in a refund just for the poor customer service that was generated by there employee with no repercussions.If not I am interested in contacting the Press and the District Attorneys office.
