Regarding case [redacted] , I wanted to inform you of the following sequence of eventsOn April 17, we installed Autobahnd paint protection film in Ms [redacted] 's [redacted] **, invoice [redacted] for Payment should have been received that day for the worked performedAfter numerous attempts to collect payment, and finally resorting to leaving a voicemail stating that we would turn it over to collections, we received payment on June 2, There was no mention of any problems were made at this pointOn July 14, we were called to [redacted] Motors body shop to replace the film after it had been damaged in a car accidentHowever, the paint job was not sufficiently smooth for our film to be applied properlyWe requested that [redacted] buff the paint to a more polish finish, which they didWe returned the following day to install the paint protection filmWe also installed the racing stripes, which also had been damaged in the accident, at no charge(they were not our product) as a professional courtesy to [redacted] MotorsUnfortunately, there was an imperfection in the film on the bumper, which we were told was peeling and had bubbles in itWhile installing the film, our installer scratched the paint of Ms [redacted] 's carWe paid [redacted] Motors ( check number [redacted] ) to repair damage, which they didFinally, on October 26, 2015, we went back to [redacted] Motors to install the paint protection film on Ms [redacted] 's carIn November of 2015, Ms [redacted] called our office and spoke to ***, stating that she wanted a refund [redacted] explained that was not possible, due to the fact that the kit was still on her car and currently nothing wrong with itMs [redacted] insisted that she wan [redacted] a refund, at which point [redacted] explained that we would only offer a refund if our product was removed from her carShe was not entitled to have both the functioning product and a refund of her moneyMs [redacted] stated she only wanted a refundThis is referred to as unjust enrichment, as all issues were resolved

On April 17, 2015 we installed Autobahnd paint protection film in Ms. [redacted]'s 2015 [redacted], invoice [redacted] for 720.00. Payment should have been received that day for the worked performed. After numerous attempts to collect payment, and finally resorting to leaving a voicemail stating that we would turn it over to collections, we received payment on June 2, 2015. There was no mention of any problems were made at this point. On July 14, 2015 we were called to [redacted] Motors body shop to replace the film after it had been damaged in a car accident.
