On Saturday, January I visited the Autobath America location at *** *** *** *** in *** *** I paid $for a wash and after I pulled out of the automated wash bay I saw that both tire rims on the driver's side of my car were damaged and gouged I could actually hear it happen as I pulled forward into and out of the bay I subsequently went online and found on multiple sources that I was not the first customer that this has happened to There are many accounts online of the same thing happening to others I actually reached out to a few through social channels to inquire and they all shared that the company was nearly impossible to reach, if at all, and that in each instance they refused to accept that the damage happened at their facilities and therefore offered no compensation at all I have tried to reach the company to discuss, however all phone numbe
