Autobell Car Wash

Let me start off by saying they did a good wash and we're professionalThat being said, my passenger rear bumper had a 4" line stripped to the paint during the washMy mustang GT has less than 2K miles and has never seen anyone else's hand or brush on it other than myselfI detailed the car before going to an out of state wedding and when I came back it had rained and left some dirt on the hoodI sprayed her down to get the dirt off then took her to the Newport News locationI left and went to a drive through fast food spot and got lunch, I got out of my car to admire it and noticed the scratchI went back and filled out a claim formThe mgr said it was from before I bought the car and wax was applied to cover it up, unfortunately I took pictures when I bought the car and it shows no damageHis statement was recorded on the claim form as wellI got a call back today and was told they will not honor my claim so I will not be going back, and since I'm heavily involved in the aftermarket and coffee and cars community here in SE Virginia, I will be sure to notify my club, and other clubs of my experienceThank you
