I put my order in on the 6th received a confirmation email at pm EASTERN TIMEthe lady on the phone said I ordered it after their business hours so it's delayed an extra dayhowever they are pacific time and hours behind my making it when I ordered itwhich is in the business hours
I called in the guy tried canceling his order when I asked for it to be shipped today because I needed the partshe said he has no contact with the warehouse and can't shipping my parts I asked for a supervisor and she couldn't ship my parts eithershe said he canceled my order when I never asked for thatnow she says my order isn't canceled and the money still isn't in my credit card and my order has not been shipped

I placed an order for 1 piece of plastic... its about 3 inches by 2 inches... $35 seemed a LOT to buy it but it was a purchase for convenience... The day after they contact me saying the price has increased by $18.... making my order now nearly $50 with shipping... If you post a price on your site and someone buys it, you can't change your mind the next day and demand nearly double. I contacted phone support and was immediately served by a rude but effective bot/person who cancelled my order but refused to offer any reason for this extortion. I would NOT recommend this site to ANYONE and suggest you stay well clear of them.
