Mrs*** came in to our shop on 8/20/to have her vehicle inspected with the local Geico supervisorI looked at the vehicle with himGeico elected to pay for the additional damages to the sunroof and repair the roof where it had large dentsWe scheduled Mrs*** to drop off her
vehicle on 8/26/and pick it back up on 8/28/Mrs*** dropped off her vehicle for corrective repairs on 8/as plannedWe repaired the roof and painted itWe also replaced the sunroof glassWe had the vehicle ready to pick up late on 8/27/and Mrs*** came to pick it up on 8/28/first thing in the morningI completed a follow up call with Mrs*** on 9/confirming she is satisfied with her repairs
